How to Easily Stock Your LMS with Energy-related Courses

by John Ferrare, Enerdynamics CEO

We’ve seen a recent surge of interest in using our growing online library of gas and electric business acumen courses on internal learning management systems (LMS). Many training professionals with whom I work use Lynda.com or Harvard ManageMentor for more basic courses – those that transcend industry boundaries. And for most that’s the first order of business when stocking a new LMS as they apply to many areas of a business. But once those are in place, how do you address energy-specific courses? That’s where Enerdynamics comes in.

Enerdynamics has developed a library of more than 40+ online natural gas and electric courses. Each can be licensed for a company’s internal LMS. Course topics range from Basic Concepts of Electricity to The Gas Delivery System, to our newest course, Energy Blockchains Explained. In many cases we offer courses that you can’t find elsewhere unless you are prepared to invest the time and money into developing them yourself.

The process to license our courses is straightforward and simple. Most clients have a small team of reviewers, and we offer each of them preview access to our entire library. Once they see the value in what we offer (I have yet to work with a client that has not chosen to move forward), we work with your LMS experts to test the courseware. After that, it’s as simple as executing a standard contract, and then we provide links and other assets (photos, course descriptions, etc.) for your LMS technicians to access the courseware.

If you’d like to discuss options or set up a complimentary preview of our content, call me at 866-765-5432 ext. 700 or email me at jferrare@enerdynamics.com. I’d love to show you how easy and affordable it is to stock your LMS with quality gas and electric business acumen courses.
