This seminar examines how natural gas contributes to greenhouse gas emissions and the strategies for gas utilities to address emissions (reducing fugitive emissions, improving end-use efficiency, implementing carbon capture and storage, substituting renewable natural gas, supporting strategic electrification). It also considers how gas utilities can address loss of load and the role the gas utility can take in moving to hydrogen fuel.
