Mr. Rose has worked as a utility and energy industry consultant for twenty years. He has extensive experience in providing industry restructuring, strategic marketing, and resource planning services to energy industry clients. He has successfully assisted industry clients in evaluating market opportunities and improving their competitive position to take advantage of evolving energy markets. He has worked with numerous domestic and international clients on various strategic engagements including: demand response management, energy efficiency, new business ventures, technology assessment, and asset valuation. He also has extensive market research skills having worked at the Institute for Social Research at The University of Michigan. Mr. Rose has served as an expert witness in various client proceedings. He has also authored numerous guidebooks, reports and publications and papers. Mr. Rose is also an experienced training instructor and provided training services to numerous industry clients, trade associations and government agencies.
